Training Terms & Conditions
Attendance and Punctuality
- The 10-Minute Rule: Attendance is recorded through a physical check-in with the assigned trainer. The system is programmed to automatically mark the trainee as "Absent" if the check-in is not completed within the first 10 minutes of the session.
- Arrival: Trainees are required to arrive at the facility at least 10 minutes before the session start time to ensure they locate their trainer and complete the check-in process before the system's deadline.
- Trainee Responsibility: It is the trainee’s sole responsibility to be present at the specific training location and synchronized with their trainer within the allowed window.
- Late Arrival & Absence: Once the system marks a session as "Absent," the fee is non-recoverable. However, the trainee may continue attending upcoming sessions using any remaining prepaid balance. The fee for the missed session remains payable and must be settled before completing the final session of the training program.
Payment and Booking Access
- Payment Options: The Trainee may choose to Pay in Full to unlock the entire training program at once or use Partial Payment to pay for specific sessions and items.
- Access Control: A session can only be booked after its specific fee is paid. If using Partial Payment, the system will only unlock the specific sessions the Trainee has paid for; all other sessions will remain locked until a separate payment is completed.
Booking and Cancellation Policy
- Package-Based Rules: The allowed period for bookings and cancellations is strictly defined by the specific Purchased Package.
- Trainee Responsibility: All trainees must follow the booking/cancellation window dictated by their package rules.
- Late Changes: Rebooking fees apply to any changes made outside of the package's allowed timeframe.
Excuse Policy (Justifiable Absence)
- Submission of Request: If the trainee was marked absent but has a valid, justifiable reason (e.g., Official Sick Leave, Police Accident Report, or other legal documentation), the trainee may submit an Excuse Request for review.
- Approved Excuses: If the management approves the request, the trainee will be permitted to rebook the same session without additional payment.
Validity and Refunds
- Validity Period: Training must be completed within one (1) year of the payment date. After this period, unused fees are non-refundable.
- Refund Applications: Refunds are only available for unused, paid amounts. A mandatory administrative fee of AED 105 (including VAT) will be deducted from the refundable amount.
- Excused Sessions: Sessions granted as a favor via an approved Excuse Request are strictly non-refundable and cannot be converted back into a cash value or included in a refund application.
Fees and Taxes
- VAT: All transaction and administrative fees are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT). This tax will be added to the total amount payable.
Examination and Licensing Authority
- Independent Evaluation: YDA Management does not ensure the success of trainees and has no authority over the decisions of the Licensing Department Examiners.
Conduct and Safety
- Right of Refusal: Management reserves the right to stop providing services to anyone acting in an unsafe, disruptive, or non-compliant manner.
Policy Updates
- Amendments: Please note that the terms, conditions, information, and fees mentioned above may be updated or changed from time to time.
